The project has conducted research in two areas

Making the Business Case: Models for delivering course information from multiple providers

Research into the various websites, data sources and models which might best provide a Sussex-wide online listing of course information.

We have brought together studies on how course seekers use the Internet to find learning opportunities.

This research was supported by Ian Hockaday, Project Researcher at the University of Brighton, engaged via the Community University Partnership Programme

  • The LSC has now produced a related report:
    Understanding Choice and the Empowered Learner
    which examines how adult and young learners access learning, including use of the web for course informaiton and IAG.
